Rise in Unity CIC is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
As an Alternative Provision provider delivering KS3, KS4 and Post-16 programmes (including learners with EHCPs up to age 25), we operate in line with:
• Keeping Children Safe in Education (2024)
• Working Together to Safeguard Children
• SEND Code of Practice (2015)
All staff are trained in safeguarding and safer recruitment procedures. We maintain enhanced supervision ratios within Alternative Provision settings and work closely with schools, the Local Authority and families to ensure learner safety and wellbeing.
